50% rental fee due at time of booking. Remainder due one week before event, unless otherwise noted. Damage deposit due 48 hours before rental, unless otherwise noted.
* All alcohol must be purchased through the Community Center Bar. Special liquor requests may be accommodated with a 4 week advance notice.
